When we watch athletics in big events like the Olympic Games, we often see athletes running and jumping. It looks like they are winning because of their own strength and speed. In every race, four runners share teamwork and try to finish first. Many people think athletics is only about individual talent. They forget that athletes inside the field must talk, listen, and trust each other to win.

I strongly disagree with the situation that some athletes can work without teamwork. Without teamwork, the game will not work. Even if an athlete is very fast or strong, they cannot win a race alone. Communication inside the field is very important. If there is no teamwork, mistakes will happen and the team will lose.

In big competitions like the World Athletics Championships, many strong teams have lost because there is no proper communication and teamwork. When runners do not communicate well, they can not achieve their goal. This shows that speed is not enough. Teamwork and communication help them win medals.

Athletics is not just about running fast. It is also about working together. Without teamwork, there will be confusion and failure. A team that does not communicate cannot succeed. That is why I strongly believe that without teamwork, the game will not work.

It is very frustrating to hear this kind of situation, the best solution is to train athletes not only to be strong but also to work together. Coaches must let teams practice every day and teach them clear signals and timing. Athletes must also learn to trust and support each other during training and competitions. When teams focus on communication and teamwork, they become more confident and more successful. Teamwork is the real key to victory in athletics.
